Refundable Damage Deposit - $1,000.00 will be charged at the time of booking which is refundable. If you damage the home, you may be charged up to $1,000.00

- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

LOCATION:
The house is located in the best area of Los Angeles, on a residential street, you are less than 5-10 min away to Beverly Hills, Rodeo Dr, Sunset Strip, The Grove, West Hollywood, and numerous shops and restaurants.

SAFETY:
The neighborhood is extremely safe. It is ok to walk around in the early morning or late at night.

HOUSE:
The living room of the house is cozy and relaxing. There is a fireplace, plenty of books, L shape couch with pillows, and a Cable TV with 200+ channels.
The dining room is fine with designer furniture.
2 Bedroom have Queen size bed, 1 bedroom has King size bed. All the rooms have plenty of closet space and mirrors.
We can provide you with an extra air mattress if you need to.
There are 3 bathrooms in the house.

OUTDOOR:
The backyard of the house is large and completely private. There is a large oasis pool with a waterfall & jacuzzi, fire pit, and garden dining area.

PARKING:
4+ parking spaces included

OTHER:
High-Speed WiFi, Washer & Dryer in the house

The house is very private, you will have full access to the house and the yard.

For insurance and security purposes, the house is equipped with security cameras
