The house is located in the hills of Bridgehampton nestled on five wooded acres between the village of Bridgehampton and the town of Sag Harbor. The house is secluded down a private driveway about 250 ft from the main road. The house is 14,000 sq ft classic shingle style estate surrounded by beautiful landscaping. The property includes seven bedrooms with either queen of full size beds, each with its own private marble stone bathroom, chef's kitchen with Thermador appliances, formal living room with wood burning fireplace, formal dining room, media room, family room, master bedroom with his/her bathrooms, massage room, steam room, screened in porch, wine room, three washers / three dryers, gym with circuit training, game room with pool table, ping pong, air hockey, Ms Pac Man and foosball table, three car garage with plenty of parking, eleven TV's with cable and premium stations, DVD, CD, VCR and X-box, heated gunite pool with blue stone patio, 10 person Jacuzzi tub and pool house. The commercial kitchen opens into the formal dining room and double height family room. The family room has two casual sofas, two club chairs, coffee table and a 42 inch TV. Adjacent to the pool area is a pool house with a kitchenette, bathroom, outdoor shower and an outdoor fireplace. The backyard has a perimeter fence to secure against animals. The home is fitted out with local phone service provided by Verizon. There are two separate phone lines and one dedicated fax line. There is no long distance service provided. The phone service is set up for calling card access. Cell phone service works well from the property. High speed Internet service is provided by Optimum Online. There is a Dell desk top computer with color printer. Cable TV is provided by Cablevision, each of the eleven TVs have premium service including HBO and Showtime channels. The TVs in the media room and family room have HBO, Showtime and Movies on Demand and DVR player. There are six separate stereo systems located through the home. The media room system includes a 60 inch Sony TV with stereo surround sound, DVD/CD player, VCR, DVR, X-box, satellite radio and a I pod docking station.
