Outdoors on the stone patio you will find the perfect place to enjoy your time again with family and friends at the teak dinning table with seating for (10) and a total of (6) teak loungers to enjoy the heated Gunite saltwater pool. The expansive rear lawn behind the pool measures 110' deep by 225' wide, an ideal and attractive location to host your wedding or special event or just be active playing various sports on the lush flat green lawn.
