Lovely Mauna Lani KaMilo Home 407 is ideally located in a low-density gated community within the Mauna Lani Resort, on the west coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. This single-level paired home offers abundant space for quality family time and a perfect setting for a vacation in paradise.

Home 407 provides large new Sony televisions with Netflix and Apple TV in the living room and each bedroom. Guests will appreciate a number of other unique amenities during their stay, including keyless coded entry, automated lighting with engraved backlit buttons, climate control in each bedroom, high-speed wireless internet, USB-charging outlets throughout the home, and a whole-home interior and exterior sound system that allows access to any radio station in the world. The home even comes with a Sony PlayStation 4 Pro, two controllers, and Minecraft, Lego, and Nascar games!
Sliding glass doors in the living room open to a large lanai, for a true indoor/outdoor living experience. A new barbecue grill creates another option for meals at home, and guests are free to use the paddle board, boogie boards, snorkeling sets, beach chairs, and sand toys for adventures away from home. The KaMilo grounds also contain a two-acre recreation center with two pools, two spas, an exercise facility, an open-air gathering hale, and an event lawn.
This exceptional home on the Kohala Coast of west Hawaii gives guests easy access to renowned beaches such as Hapuna Beach and Kiholo Bay, as well as Mauna Lani Beach Club, a protected cove with white sand and calm waters.
