Our rental home is brand new and the furnishings and decor are of impeccable quality. The home’s interior design echoes the surrounding tropical landscape and ties all rooms together, providing a pleasurable aesthetic experience. Grand vaulted grasscloth and mahogany ceilings soar over the spacious open floor plan of the great room. The home is fully air-conditioned and equipped with multiple ceiling fans. Wireless internet is available throughout the property. Floor to ceiling glass pocket doors open from the great room to the private lanai, providing abundant natural light and allowing a seamless transition from indoor to outdoor living in true Hawaiian style. The lanai offers outdoor seating for eight, chaise loungers, a Sedona BBQ, and private pool and hot tub. Luxurious organic Malie bath products are supplied throughout the home.
The living area features ample plush seating and a large flat screen TV. The dining area boasts an elegant dining set with view out to the lanai and manicured golf course beyond. The modern gourmet kitchen offers all the appliances, counter space, and cookware you could want to prepare relaxing meals in the comfort of your rental. A bonus family room with an additional flat screen TV, foosball table and desk is just off the kitchen and front entrance, a perfect place for kids to play or to tend to a few office items. Oversized brand new washer and dryer along with provided detergent are located in the laundry room off the hallway. A half bath rounds out the common area of the home, allowing for the bedrooms’ en-suite baths to remain private.
The master suite opens out to the lanai and pool and has a beautiful view of the golf course and the Kohala mountains beyond. A king sized bed is ensconced in a stately bed frame surrounded by matching bed set. Recessed ceiling, chic modern lighting and gorgeous natural light contribute to the luxurious feel of the master suite. The en-suite master bath features an oversized contoured soaking tub, walk-in shower, dual sinks, separate commode with privacy door, and walk-in closet.
The second bedroom offers a king bed, en-suite full bath with walk-in shower, beautiful sandstone tiles reminiscent of the area’s white sand beaches, and a colorful ocean-toned backsplash. The third bedroom features a queen bed, en-suite full bath with shower/tub combo, sandstone tiles, and ocean-toned backsplash. The fourth bedroom is located in the detached guest house off the front entrance, perfect for friends or family members who might want extra privacy, perhaps a couple traveling with an infant, or for a nanny traveling with your family. The guest house features a king sized bed, lovely bamboo end tables and armoire, Keurig coffee maker, and a full bath with walk-in shower and a separate commode with privacy door.
A cherry red 4-seater golf cart for cruising the Mauna Lani resort grounds in comfort and style is included with your rental, along with snorkel equipment and beach gear. Your rental also comes with access to the KaMilo Recreation Center with two different pools available for your use including a lap pool and large freestyle pool with separate hot tub. A covered pavilion with kitchen, BBQ, and wet bar are adjacent to the freestyle pool, providing an ideal outside area to relax, socialize, and host guests. Facilities also include a fitness building with free weights and top-tier work-out machines and men's and women's locker rooms with granite sinks and showers. Your rental also comes with a key card to unlock access to the exclusive members-only white sand beach at Mauna Lani Beach Club with beach loungers, water sports rentals and excellent snorkeling.
