Designer decorated, the Villa embodies the feel of the Hawaiian Islands with beautiful indoor and outdoor entertaining areas. The glass walls disappear to extend the indoor living area to the partially covered lanai where you can enjoy the views and the tropical island breezes at all times of the day.
Secure, gated, and located on the beautiful 48-acre resort of Wai’ula’ula in the exclusive Mauna Kea Beach Resort, guests have access to two world class resorts; The Mauna Kea Resort, and The Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel.
The great room provides an abundant entertaining space and includes a 60 in. flat screen TV with surround sound with movies on demand. The great room has floor to ceiling pocket doors that hide in the wall so you can enjoy indoor outdoor living at its finest.
The gourmet kitchen features top-of-the-line granite counter tops, Sub-Zero Refrigerator, and stainless-steel Wolf appliances and seamlessly transitions into the living area. The covered of the lanai features a built-in Wolf gas BBQ grill, Sub Zero fridge, sink and areas for dining for 6 with a comfortable, inviting couch with plenty of seating, so enjoy your time relaxing. Complimentary Nespresso and tea is provided for all guests.
The villa has TWO MASTER SUITES with king beds and the 3rd bedroom has twin beds which can be combined for a 3rd king.
Master 1 has a large king bed, walk in shower and outdoor shower with access to the pool and back yard and its own TV.
Master 2 has a large king bed, walk in shower, soaking tub with access to the pool and back yard and its own TV.
Bedroom 3 has two twin beds with its own en suite bathroom with walk in shower. The twin beds can be combined to make a king bed
Guests can enjoy access to the Mauna Kea Beach and Hapuna Prince Resorts including 36 holes of championship golf, first-class tennis, workout facilities, two pristine white sand beaches, and upscale restaurants and shops.
The resort fee is $95 per night for the entire party. The resort fee covers the duration of your stay. Enjoy access the amenities as Hotel guests at both Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and/or Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel. Both Hotels will be extending the following privileges:
Two Beaches – towels, chairs, umbrellas (you may rent beach equipment such as snorkels, fins & boogie boards for an additional charge)
Two Pools – towels, chairs
Two Golf Courses (at special residential guest rates)
Seaside Tennis Club (at Hotel Guest rates)
Two Fitness Centers (access is included; there is a charge for classes)
Access cards for entry to the parking areas and fitness centers at Mauna Kea & Hapuna
Charging Privileges – for ease in using Resort restaurants, retail shops and activities
Without the Amenities Package you can access the beaches through the general public entrance but with limited parking and no access to any of the above benefits.
