Just a short stroll (or an even quicker trip in the included GEM car) to white sand, palm trees and calm, warm water at one of the most picturesque beaches in Hawaii, you can enjoy fabulous snorkeling, paddle boarding and a wealth of other ocean activities along with the possibility of seeing exotic fish, turtles, dolphins, and whales (November - March). Warm and sunny year round, this neighborhood is one of the most desirable and exclusive gated enclaves in the State of Hawaii and offers the very highest level of amenities. As a guest at Artevilla you have complimentary access to all facilities at the Pauoa Beach Club, including a large, stunning, 100 foot long negative edge pool, lounges, massage rooms, baby pool, sauna and fitness center. The Pauoa Beach Club IS FREE TO USE AND INCLUDED WITH THE RENTAL OF THIS HOME.

Back at home, you are surrounded by the ultimate in privacy, with gorgeous, unobstructed ocean, sunset and 360 degree views of the Big Island’s famous mountains and Maui in the distance. Artevilla’s 46 ft long swimming pool with baja terrace is suitable for leisure or swimming laps and there are a wealth of other amenities at the home including a large spa, pool table, ping pong table, home cinema, foosball table and a modern and updated entertainment system including sonos music. The home offers a spacious great room with a vaulted, twenty foot ceiling surrounded by large sliding glass pocket doors . Artevilla has 5-bedroom suites, 2 of which are master suites, and is perfectly suited for family/friend vacations and reunions. An additional den can be used as a sleeping room for a child or single adult.

All the furniture has been carefully selected and placed to provide the ultimate in style and comfort. Though Artevilla provides all of the privacy and exclusivity you can desire, you are a mere 5 min or less GEM car drive away from the Mauna Lani Shops with all of its gourmet restaurants and shops including a full service market and free cultural events at it’s central plaza.

For small children, a fence can be installed around the swimming pool for their safety.

Our staff will welcome you upon your arrival as well as assist you upon your departure. Extra services such as in house chefs, housekeeping, baby-sitting and other recommendations for restaurants, shopping and island activities are readily available. Your stay includes a daily, light housekeeping, and an electric GEM Car which is perfect for driving around Mauna Lani Resort.
