- Refundable Damage Deposit - $500.00 will be charged at the time of booking which is refundable. If you damage the home, you may be charged up to $500.00
- Cancellation Policy:
- 100% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

Welcome to Sonesta Suites, a charming cabin nestled amongst the treetops in Truckee. Extraordinary hardwood ceilings and wooden beams are the backdrops to an interior that exudes alpine charm. The abode boasts a sauna, private spa, BBQ, fireplace, and a guitar to get the celebrations going. Two large decks allow you to savor the crisp mountain air and take in the unobstructed views of the majestic forest that surrounds.
Located only a 10-minute drive away to the historic downtown Truckee where great restaurants and live music can be found.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!
Our home features 4 comfortable bedrooms for a perfect night's sleep.
Each room is outfitted with linens, towels, fluffy pillows and comforters. Linens are available for additional sleeping arrangements (airbed, sofa or trifold mat).
