Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the TMG Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to keep it up to date.
Bookings and Payments
When a Guest submits a booking request and it is accepted, a contract for the Accommodation is formed directly between the Guest and the Supplier, subject to the specific booking terms, cancellation policy, and house rules disclosed on the Listing at the time of booking. TMG facilitates the booking and, where applicable, processes payment on behalf of the Supplier, but is not a party to that contract. Prices, fees, damage deposits, and applicable taxes are disclosed before you confirm a booking. You authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your provided payment method for the amounts due under your booking.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are set on a per-Listing basis and are disclosed to the Guest before booking. TMG will apply the cancellation policy in effect for that Listing at the time of booking. Certain fees (including service fees) may be non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Supplier Responsibilities
Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of their Listings, for holding all licenses, permits, and insurance required by applicable law to offer their Accommodation, for complying with local short-term-rental regulations, and for honoring confirmed bookings. TMG may remove or suspend a Listing that violates these Terms, applicable law, or our quality and safety standards.
Guest Conduct
Guests agree to use booked Accommodation respectfully, follow the house rules disclosed on the Listing, and be responsible for any damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear, which may be charged against a disclosed damage deposit or otherwise billed. TMG may screen Guests and refuse or cancel a booking that violates these Terms or poses a safety risk.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: violate any applicable law; misrepresent your identity or affiliation; circumvent the TMG Platform to avoid fees; scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the TMG Platform's operation; or use the TMG Platform for any fraudulent or unauthorized purpose.
Intellectual Property
The TMG Platform, including its design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by TMG or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. Suppliers retain ownership of the content they submit (such as photos and descriptions) but grant TMG a license to host, display, and use that content to operate and promote the TMG Platform.
Third-Party Services
The TMG Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services (for example, payment processors, distribution channels, or accounting integrations). Your use of those third-party services is subject to their own terms, and TMG is not responsible for their acts or omissions.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The TMG Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. TMG is not liable for the acts or omissions of Suppliers or Guests, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the TMG Platform, except where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the TMG Platform if you violate these Terms, applicable law, or where necessary to protect the safety or integrity of the TMG Platform. You may stop using the TMG Platform and close your account at any time.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the revised Terms on the TMG Platform and update the date below. Your continued use of the TMG Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise for Suppliers or Guests located elsewhere.

Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and services operated by The Maruca Group ("TMG," "we," "us," or "our"), collectively the "TMG Platform." By accessing or using the TMG Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the TMG Platform.
In these Terms, a "Member" is anyone who has registered a TMG account, including Suppliers and Guests. A "Supplier" is someone who offers Accommodation via published Listings on the TMG Platform. A "Guest" is someone who books, or seeks to book, Accommodation. "Accommodation" means a vacation villa or other property. "Listing" means a published offering of Accommodation on the TMG Platform.
