- 100% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

Description
Welcome to Everett. Wake up and smell the pine as you welcome in the sunrise from your Italian inspired hunting lodge porch. Take a walk down the Truckee river located right on your doorstep and get zen with the sounds of the water trickling in your ear. Spend a day sightseeing, spa-hopping and shredding snow at the Squaw Valley resort (There's even a shuttle stop only footsteps away, that will take you up the mountain year-round). Go fly fishing and feed the family with your catch of the day. Bring it all home, get caught up in a table tennis tournament, cannonball into the pool while the Trout grills to perfection, and finish the night off by the fire pit.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!
We would like to mention that our home is located in a secluded area, however, there are 2 new homes being constructed right by our home. They have broken ground and are currently working on the homes with no timeframe of when the construction will be done. Per the city, they must abide by quiet hours to begin and end their work each day, however, you may experience construction noise during your stay.
Our home features 6 comfortable bedrooms for a perfect night's sleep.
