Summer Rental What a dreamy place to summer - or enjoy throughout the Fall and Winter months. Here is a bit of BIG FRESH POND History.
In 1948 - Lake Missapogue Association was formed to guard the lake...and nature preserves that border it! The environmental purity level tests high for swimming, fishing, and boating. Perched at the top of this beautiful pond is this newly renovated home with 5 bedrooms- and 4 baths - A private retreat inside and out! The Fully finished basement leads to the outdoor grounds.
There is a public beach (w a town permit) There is also a dock- so enjoy swimming- paddling- (there are two double kayaks included and a rowboat) Utilities are extra for.
