Description

The house is located just off Sunrise Highway right before all the traffic begins. It is about a 5-minute drive to the beach and the village, or a one minute drive to the beach at Peconic Bay. The house is nestled within a secure community, surrounded by the three Southampton golf courses. Community access to two clay tennis courts. The house is within a gated community, adjacent to a wildlife sanctuary and is on a dead-end street resulting in minimal traffic and noise. The two-story home with central air has four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. There are a very nice kitchen and rec room. There is also a very spacious living room with fireplace and an adjacent dining room. A deck surrounds the kidney-shaped heated pool. The pool area overlooks a nature reserve. There is an outdoor shower and a bocce court on the side of the house.
