Refundable Damage Deposit - $1,000.00 will be charged at the time of booking which is refundable. If you damage the home, you may be charged up to $1,000.00

- 100% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

Our 7 bedroom Family Home is located in one the most exclusive areas of Los Angeles ; walk out to Montana Ave. restaurants & shops, or Brentwood, bike to the Santa Monica beach & pier, stroll & shop Third St. Promenade, Santa Monica Place, Brentwood Mart, or Venice Beach hipsters. Great place to relax or go out and have a good time. Close to freeways and public transportation.

Our home is very clean, cozy & comfortable. A spa like oasis with beautiful outdoor pool, jacuzzi with impeccable design & color. 1000% kid safe! We are a clutter free home and like to keep it neat! You will definitely feel like you're in a 5-star resort thatâ€™s private for an ultimate vacation. And we just installed a state of the art Movie - Entertainment room with all the things that families & kids love to Together
