Located a kilometer south of the km4 marker on the Ibiza to San Jose road, this villa is only ten minutes from the airport, Ibiza Town, and the beaches of Sa Caleta and Cala Jondal. Playa Den Bossa is even closer and is just a 5-7 min drive. The villa was originally built about 25 years ago and is having a full architect-designed renovation ready for 2014 .
