- Refundable Damage Deposit - $500.00 will be charged at the time of booking which is refundable. If you damage the home, you may be charged up to $500.00
- Cancellation Policy:
- 100% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

The interior flaunts an open floor plan with high-end finishes throughout including an awe-inspiring kitchen, and hardwood floors. The exterior features an outdoor dining area that rests under fairy lights providing the perfect setting for relaxing with loved ones. Cabrillo National Monument (Hiking), Pizza Port (Great Beer \& Food), Wonderland Ocean Pub, Ocean Beach Pier (Fishing).Our home features 5 comfortable bedrooms for a perfect night's sleep.
Each room is outfitted with linens, towels, fluffy pillows and comforters. Linens are available for additional sleeping arrangements (airbed, sofa or trifold mat).
