Commission starts at 5% and scales automatically with your trailing 12-month referred booking volume, up to 10% at Platinum. There's no negotiation — the tier is calculated the same way for everyone off actual volume.
How much do I earn on homeowner referrals?
A flat bonus, $100–$1,000, sized automatically off the contract the homeowner actually signs (exclusivity and commission tier) — locked in the moment they sign, no manual lookup.
Is there a fee to join?

Who can join?
