Outdoors: The backyard is spacious with standout features like the private, heated saltwater pool surrounded by chaise loungers for relaxing poolside. Take in a soak and the panoramic views in the raised Jacuzzi spa. There are lawn areas in addition to the patio, with lovely palms and desert landscape surrounding the outdoor spaces. The covered patio features many seating options for intimate conversation, including an outdoor dining table with seating for 6, and built-in BBQ on natural gas. An outdoor fire pit with 4 club chairs extends past the dining area.

Indoors: The luxurious desert life continues through the formal entry, flanked by enormous glass windows, a winding staircase, and globe chandelier. This spectacular 5,000 square foot estate has been remodeled at every turn, with extensive updates including new flooring, paint, fixtures, and appliances. Past the entry is the custom pool table, near the wet bar, both guaranteed to add a little fun to your vacation. The great room has a large sectional and fireplace, 82" Smart TV, dart board, and backyard access. Custom square dining table with 12 total seats. Separate living area with additional fireplace, seating, 65" Smart TV, just off the kitchen.

The gourmet kitchen has everything you will need to display your culinary skills, with slab quartz countertops and an oversized center island that is sure to provide space for everyone to create an amazing meal together. Kitchen appliances include brand-new stainless steel Kitchen-Aid appliances, double ovens, and a huge stainless steel fridge.
