Welcome to Medona Villa, a beautiful four-bedroom, three-bathroom residence with a private pool, air conditioned bedrooms and beautiful landscaping in Princeville, where you’ll relax into vacation mode the moment you enter this cozy yet elegant island getaway.
Nestled in a picturesque tropical setting where garden and mountain views abound, Pohaku Villa has stylish decor with unique living areas. Earthy flagstone tile, vaulted wood beam ceilings, and warm neutral tones grace the living room. Plentiful windows reveal the beauty of indigenous foliage. Relax on the living room sectional or stroll outside to the covered wrap-around lanai and take in the beauty of the outdoors.
The beautiful, well-equipped kitchen at Pohaku Villa will make mealtime a delight. Whether you are inspired to cook a gourmet meal or bring in take-out, you will find everything you need. Enjoy your meal in the adjoining dining area or dine al fresco on the covered lanai.
Pohaku Villa has four comfortably appointed bedrooms—three upstairs and one downstairs—perfectly furnished for a peaceful night of sleep. All four bedrooms are furnished with A/C, ceiling fans, TVs, and lots of windows. The master bedroom is upstairs and features an ensuite bathroom, California King bed with Intellibed mattress, and private lanai. The upstairs kids’ room has three twin beds and a futon couch/bed. The upstairs guest room shares a hallway bathroom with the kids’ room and features a California King luxury Stearns & Foster mattress. The downstairs guest bedroom is also furnished with a California King luxury Stearns & Foster mattress and an armchair.
Outdoors you’ll find an abundance of seating, a gas grill, an expansive landscaped yard with fruit trees, and a shower. When you’re ready for a trip to the beach, Pohaku Villa is furnished with beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler. When you return, the lanai will provide a soothing place to rest. Be sure to check the avocado, orange, and meyer lemon trees to see if any fruit is ripe.
As a bonus, Pohaku Villa has a classic video arcade game with hundreds of vintage games to try. Two full-size washers and dryers are also furnished for your convenience. Pohaku Villa has an oversized driveway and two-car attached garage. An electric-lock front door provides additional convenience during your stay.
Located in Princeville, there’s plenty to see and do in and around Pohaku Villa. The home is located next to a large open area with a park and is walking distance to the Princeville shopping and dining area. Nearby, you can also take the Garden Walk and Chocolate Tour at Princeville Botanical Gardens, Kayak on the Wailua River, or try a horseback riding excursion at Princeville Ranch. If you’re looking to experience shopping and dining, Princeville Center has numerous options as well as hula performances, lei making, and live entertainment nightly. No matter how you and your guests spend your time, you’ll love the comfort and location of Pohaku Villa.
