Leilani Kai’s well-appointed, open kitchen flows seamlessly into a formal dining area and elegant living room with a bar and vaulted ceilings. Opening to a large lanai, this main living space provides the perfect opportunity for the whole group to experience indoor-outdoor Hawaiian living together. The additional living space on the lower level also creates the opportunity for guests to have separate down time. The gorgeous upstairs master has vaulted ceilings, a king-size bed, and an en suite bath with a large walk-in shower and double vanity with dual sinks, while the spacious downstairs master and third bedroom share a lovely bath with a bathtub and dual sinks.

On the upper lanai at Leilani Kai, guests have the option of enjoying a leisurely open-air meal or simply lounging, surrounded by lush island scenery. The lower, covered lanai connects to an outdoor kitchenette and half bath, and additional privacy is afforded by a greenbelt and park behind the home. The yard also contains an outdoor shower. Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and coolers are provided for guests’ enjoyment of the outdoors.

This gorgeous Princeville home on the north shore of Kauai has a fabulous location that allows convenient access to stunning beaches such as Hideaways and Puu Poa. A ten minute walk gets you to the trail head to Anini beach and another ten to fifteen minute walk down that trail to get to the beach. Guests of Leilani Kai can also quickly access the Princeville walking path, which extends a full two miles from the many shops and restaurants of the Princeville Center, to local eateries like Hideaways Pizza Pub, to fine dining at the St. Regis Princeville Resort. Championship golf is nearby at the renowned Princeville Makai Golf Club. With just a short drive, guests can explore the picturesque towns of Hanalei and Kilauea, or pursue activities such as hiking, kayaking, snorkeling, stand-up paddling, or surfing.
