This newly remodeled vacation home in Princeville is great for couples or if you have a big family! This multi-level home features a total of four bedrooms, three full bathrooms and a half bath. Bright and open air feel of the living and dining areas and sliding glass doors opening up to a large lanai with outdoor seating area. Off of the dining is a den with a half bath that has its own lanai where your private hot tub sits!
Fully equipped kitchen, all brand new appliances, travertine countertops with lots of pantry space! An island with built in bar makes this kitchen a fun place to hang out at while you're cooking!
Three out of the four bedrooms are located in the mid-level of the home. The master suite has a king size bed, flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom. Master bath has double vanity sinks with tile shower and a luxurious bath tub. This master suite also has its own lanai.
One of the guest bedrooms has a queen size bed and the other has two twins, great for the kids.
The fourth bedroom is a private mother-in-law suite with its own bathroom, located on the bottom floor. This private suite also has its own sliding glass door entrance as well as entry through the main house.
A short drive to Hanalei Bay and other renowned north Kauai beaches like Hideaways, Sealodge Beach, Puu Poa Beach, Anini and Lumahai, this Princeville home offers the perfect setting for your Hawaiian vacation. Dining and shopping possibilities in Hanalei town, as well as additional restaurants and shops, a grocery store, a gas station, and banks at the Princeville Center which is only within a couple of miles from this vacation home.
The renowned Princeville Makai Golf Club is also nearby, a miniature golf course in Kilauea as well as opportunities for snorkeling, surfing, stand-up paddling, kayaking, hiking, and other activities.
Please note that although this home does not have air conditioning, it does have ceiling fans and windows that can be opened to allow the cool trade winds to pass through. Occasionally trade winds may not blow for a few days. The months of July through September tend to have the warmest temperatures.
