The main living area features a large L-shaped couch with a large 6 person dining table.. The 72 inch flat screen TV is mounted to be be enjoyed by both the living room area or the dining room area. The outdoor area has luxury lounge furniture and 8 person outdoor dining area, and also an outdoor living room area.. The outdoor area features a private pool with shallow area for sitting in. The entire area is surrounded by lush green landscape that gives the feeling of being in the middle of the jungle. The main floor features 1 guestroom, with en suite bathroom. There is a 1/2 bathroom that is shared in the main floor just outside of the bedroom. The upstairs area features a master suite with en suite bathroom, king size bed, and private balcony. The other 4 guestrooms are also upstairs, 2 with en suite bathroom. The location of the villa is in the exclusive Club Real, a private subdivision that has 24 hour gated security at the entrance with the Playacar area. There are 4 parking spots in the drivewat and plenty of street parking. The villa is a short 5 min drive from the beach and just a little further down the road is the central area of Playa. Guest have access to the entire house and yard. Guests have access to everything on the property. You will receive an message shortly after booking on how to check-in, including Wi-Fi and all other pertinent details. To respect your privacy we will not bother you after check-in unless you need us. Feel free to reach out to us at anytime if you have any questions. Because many people ask: 1. Payment- You “submit a booking” which means you pay the full amount now. We do not get paid until after your arrival. There are no cash transactions, and unfortunately you may not put down a deposit. 2. Deposit - Airbnb does not charge the deposit at all unless there is a claim for damages after check-out. 3. Unfortunately, we don’t have more pictures of the house and are unable to send you any more. 4. The site blocks telephone numbers until you have booked your trip, so we are unable to call you. Thanks! The neighborhood is a quiet residential area, so perfect for families or big groups looking to be able to relax but still be close to the action. Since this is a quiet residential area, this is not the right house for a group that is looking to party. The security and neighborhood in general does not tolerate parties. It's best to rent a car, but it is possible to get taxis to drop off in the sub division. hailing taxis to the villa can pose challenges. We can also arrange for transportation to make the experience in this villa as smooth as possible. The guestroom with the King Size beds is on the 1st floor which makes this a great option that is handicap accessible. no stairs required.
