Description

Step out from the master bedroom to your private pool, daybed and lounge area. This beautifully designed 2-bedroom penthouse is located in the heart of downtown Playa Del Carmen, walking distance from everywhere you'd want to go in the city, yet it's still very quiet at night. Common areas include a moonlight theatre, three jacuzzis, a rooftop bar, lounge areas, and a common area rooftop pool. Anah Playa has a 24 hour reception and security at both the parking and front desk entrances.

The space
The first floor is your full- stocked kitchen, open-concept living room, two double-bed bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Walk upstairs to either enter the master bedroom, or the gorgeous terrace, equipped with a sitting area, 6-person Jacuzzi, and daybed. The unit has marble floors inside and out, and floor to ceiling windows, with sun shades and blackout shades that face the courtyard.

Other things to note
Tenants in my units pay their own electricity. The unit has three air conditioners and if they're used 24/7, this will add to costs, as Mexico employs an escalating electricity scale from 0.7-6.5 pesos/kwh. The more kwh's used, the higher the applied rate at the end of each month. At the start of each stay, a rental representative will show the initial meter number, and the number at the end of the stay. The difference is to be paid in cash at a rate of 5 pesos/kwh. Please conserve energy if you can.

If you want late check out, and it conflicts with the next check in, or the cleaning schedule, Prive Luxury Rentals reserves the right to charge $20 extra for the cleaning service's inconvenience. Please speak with the rental rep about this.
