Hamilton House is a tropical oasis in Miami, close to MIA Airport, the Cruise Port, South Beach, all the Hot spots, restaurants, malls, Everglades and Snorkeling in the Keys. This gorgeous house has 6 bedrooms & 3.5 bathrooms with a beautiful back patio featuring a pool with decorative waterfall, Tiki with seating and TV. Outdoor kitchen has a Brazilian BBQ & gas grill. The open concept home has a custom kitchen, family room & game room with Billiards & Dominoes. Free WiFi, private parking.

The space
We are Sharon & Eddy and we personally host 4 properties, all listed on Best Miami Stays. This is a small business that we both manage. We are a phone call away and will always do whatever we can to make your stay an enjoyable one.

Hamilton House is situated in the center of Miami, and is a truly beautiful home, set in a tropical oasis. The home has a pool with a waterfall feature, huge tiki, BBQ grill and automatic outside lighting set from dusk to down. The pool is operated with a salt water system, which eliminates harch cholorine chemicals.

The Tiki has a TV, fridge, double fans and outside dining table, multiple seating areas and a decorative fish pond.

The house has an electric security gate at the front of the property, ensuring additional privacy for our guests.

There is an outdoor kitchen area which features 2 BBQ grills, one gas & the second, a Brazilian grill (Charcoal), along with bar top seating.

We have a separate outdoor game room, with Billiards and a Domino table, overlooking the pool.

We cannot stress enough that we Do Not allow parties or large gatherings of any kind at the property.

We feel the Airbnb platform is a great alternative for families and friends to enjoy their home away from home, while building memorable experiences at a moderate price.

The house can accommodate large groups and big families. We do not charge for additional guests, and our price averages out to a very reasonable daily rate per person.

Our guests have the use of a private home with a pool, kitchen, patio, and a plethora of amenities in a private setting, not having to share the space with anyone else.

We are only 20 to 25 minutes to most of Miami's hot spots, South Beach, Little Havana, Coral Gables, Downtown Brickell, Everglades National Park. Snorkel, or go fishing in the Florida Keys, or enjoy golf at the nearby Palmetto Golf Course or newly opened Top Golf.

We are also 25 minutes from Miami Airport & the Cruise Port. Travel time to your destination will vary, depending on traffic.

The front door has a keyless entry code, so you never have to worry about losing keys.

The home is an open concept design, with the kitchen, living room & dining area all integrated, overlooking the pool. There are 6 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.

The large kitchen has custom cabinets, granite worktops, 2 refrigerators, a dishwasher, coffee maker, oven & cooktop and a multi level island with seating. It is fully stocked with all cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses and cookware.

The living room has floor to ceiling bookcases, an HDTV, a sectional sofa with a fireplace and an additional sofa that pulls out to a full sized bed.

Enjoy the space into the evening, as our ambient lighting and pool lights, create a relaxing atmosphere. The outside of the property is completely fenced in for our guests privacy.

Bedroom # 1 - The Master Bedroom has a King bed with TV, fireplace, fan and two large picture windows, It has an en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, shower, separate toilet and double sinks.

Bedroom # 2 - Queen size bed and a Full size pull out sofa bed with tempurpedic mattress, TV and large closets.

Bedroom # 3 - Queen bed and full over full bunk. It has a full en suite bathroom, walk-in closet and TV.

We have a commercial copier/scanner for any business needs you may have.

The living room also has a pull out sofa bed (Queen) with a tempurpedic mattress.

All towels, linens, bedding & pillows are provided.

The home has Wifi and all TV's have streaming services.

There is a washer and dryer, iron & ironing board. A Pac n Play Crib with mattress is provided and a high chair and a toddler toilet seat is available upon request.

The large driveway can accommodate all your vehicles.

Please be advised we have a Ring camera in the front outside facing the driveway of the property for security purposes. There are no other cameras anywhere else on the property whatsoever.
