THE INTERIOR LIVING SPACES
This designer chic vacation home has a great vibe - where the focus is on easy, livable comfort. It's been completely remodeled yet still honors the home's classic mid-century architecture. The mid-mod-inspired furnishings reinterpret the iconic midcentury style without sacrificing comfort. The free-flowing floor plan provides enough space for your entire group to spread out and relax. Walls of glass let the light pour in - blurring the lines between indoor-outdoor living.
Everything has been updated for the way we live today - including a fully appointed kitchen, spa-like bathrooms, high-speed internet, flatscreen TVs in every room, and comfortable sleeping quarters. This is the type of place where you can just put your feet up and relax.
THE OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
This property truly captures the magic of Southern California style. The private backyard is spacious and well-planned - with lots of different gathering places. The pool is at the center of the yard and is surrounded by chaise lounges, outdoor dining for up to 8 guests, and a built-in BBQ. You'll also find a fire feature near the spa, as well as a covered outdoor living area. Stunning mountain views and towering palm trees just add to the magic of this special property.
Pool Heating is included in the rental cost, for bookings that are less than 29 nights, from October 15th through April 30th. From May 1st through October 14th, pool heating can be purchased for an additional $50/day.
SLEEPING QUARTERS
All four bedrooms have been beautifully styled like an exclusive boutique hotel and feature a hotel-quality mattress, a flatscreen TV, and ample storage. The master bedroom features a King bed, an ensuite bath, and access to the pool yard - there's also a desk for working/learning remotely. The first guest room also features a King bed, an ensuite bath, and direct access to the pool yard. The other two guest rooms each feature a King bed and share easy access to the guest bathroom in the hallway.
THE LOCATION
Perfectly located for those who want to be close to everything! This quiet residential neighborhood is ideal for walking and bike riding. Flat picturesque streets are lined with towering palm trees and architecturally significant properties. You will be close to hiking trails, fine dining restaurants, entertainment venues, and local conveniences like grocery stores and coffee houses. You will be less than a mile from the South Palm Springs Business District.
