The Bungalow Maggie is a sweet little desert getaway in the Demuth Park area of Palm Springs. A stylish and comfy private rental close to hiking, dining, and entertainment. A bohemian feel with a strong nod to the beloved mid-century design of Palm Springs. The house has been renovated and decorated with lots of love and attention! This home has a large living room perfect for lounging, hanging with friends, playing board games or making a cocktail at our dry bar. It has ample seating, a remote controlled gas fireplace and a brand new 4K Smart TV ready for your Hulu and Netflix viewing. The bungalow has 3 bedrooms (two with queen sized beds and one with two twin beds). The master has a private entrance to the pool area. There are two bathrooms. One bath is directly off the master bedroom. Both have showers and the guest bath also has a tub. It has been completely renovated and carefully decorated for a fun, light and airy desert vacation feel. Perfect for friends, families, and romantic getaways! The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The backyard has lots of lounging areas, a pool and hot tub, a gas grill, and a beautiful grapefruit tree! Feel free to pick and enjoy. The pool area is surrounded by privacy shrubs and mountain views. This isn't just a vacation property, it's our happy place and home away from home. Guests have access to the whole house. Access to the garage is available to use the washer and dryer. No cars are allowed in the garage. You are welcome to park in the driveway. If we happen to be in the area we would love to welcome guests and answer any and all questions. However, we live in NYC and LA so most in person interaction will be with our wonderful property manger Walt. He will be your main contact for any & everything during your stay at The Bungalow Maggie. The Demuth Park area is a lovely quiet neighborhood surrounded by mountain views. Local groceries and shopping is right down the street. The house is 5 mins from the airport and about 8 minutes from the main strip of trendy restaurants and bars. The best way to get around is by car. One of the best parts about Palm Spring is that “everything is a 10-minute drive away.” Traffic is almost non-existent as well. Having a car gives you access to everything Palm Springs and beyond. To get to the airport in an Uber is approximately $8.
