Wake up to morning mountain views from the two guest rooms (one queen, one full) that share a bath. OUTDOOR AREAS All along the back of the open concept great room are walls of glass that reveal the large, private back yard. Southern California style! You’ll spend afternoons soaking up the sun in the over-sized and heated in-ground pool. There are six poolside lounge chairs, an al fresco dining area for eight, a gas barbecue, and an outdoor living room where you’ll gather around the fire pit under the stars during the cool desert evenings. There is a wonderful grassy area for playing lawn games or allowing Fido or the little ones to run around. The enclosed covered parking area doubles as a shaded hangout pavilion with the coolest 1950s dining set. Hang out there in the early evenings to catch the stunning mountain views. LOCATION This property is centrally located in the quiet residential Sunrise Park neighborhood just minutes from the Uptown Design District, Downtown, and the South Palm Springs Business District. Restaurants, night spots, burger joints, sandwich shops, and grocery stores are just a short drive or Uber ride away. Ruth Hardy Park, The Palm Springs Dog Park, two multiplex movie theaters, the casino, and the convention center are all close by. Suitable for extended long weekends, weekly stays, month-long visits and as a seasonal rental. Advanced bookings strongly advised. Optional concierge services including daily or mid-stay maid service, poolside massage, pre-arrival grocery stocking, and private chef can be arranged with three-week prior notice. Certain dog breeds under 65 lbs are allowed at this home, the dog fee is $195 (2 dogs maximum).
