This contemporary home was designed with our gorgeous desert weather in mind, seamlessly blending indoor with outdoor spaces. Just minutes from downtown Palm Springs, one of just a few significant homes in the Alta development.

Outdoors the dramatic design, butterfly roofline & bold geometry spill onto this spacious patio. The mountain views are absolutely stunning, with desert landscaping and privacy hedges throughout the perimeter. The private pool and spa can be heated in winter, or hang out by the fire pit which just happens to be adjacent to the spa. There is an outdoor dining table for 4, plus 6 more chaise loungers by the pool. The BBQ is perfect for grilling under the stars, during those clear desert nights.

Indoors, the home is light and bright, with designer furnishings and high ceilings. A wall of windows blend an indoor/outdoor experience and offer truly stunning mountain views. A high-end kitchen with Thermador appliances with long granite countertop island is perfect for the serious cook and entertaining. The indoor dining table seats 8 comfortably.

The media room has a large flatscreen TV, ceiling fan, and large sectional that seats 8. Perfect for Movie Night!

The master suite features spectacular mountain views, King bed fireplace, double walk-in closets, dual floating vanities, spa tub, shower, and pool access. Suite 2 has a Cal King bed, en-suite bathroom, private patio, ceiling fan, and mounted flatscreen TV. The en-suite bathroom has a tiled shower, vanity, and private toilet. Suite 3 has a Cal King bed, en-suite bathroom, patio access, mounted flatscreen TV, and ceiling fan. The en-suite bathroom has tiled shower, sink vanity, and private toilet. There is a powder bathroom in the hall. Airbed can be made up in the media room upon request.
