This quiet residential neighborhood is ideal for walking and bike riding. Flat picturesque streets are lined with towering Palm Trees and gorgeous architecturally significant properties. You will be close to hiking trails, fine dining restaurants, coffee houses, entertainment venues and local conveniences like grocery stores, sandwich shops, and burger joints. Certain dog breeds under 65 lbs are allowed at this home, the dog fee is $195 (2 dogs maximum).
