- Refundable Damage Deposit - $1,500.00 will be charged at the time of booking which is refundable. If you damage the home, you may be charged up to $1,500.00

- 100% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

It is understood and agreed that ANY loud or large party, violations due to over-occupancy, unnecessary outdoor noise, indoor noise that causes neighbors to complain, or for violations of minimum age requirements of homes can result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all funds
Optional pool and spa heat during the winter months may be added for an additional fee. This option can be added once the reservation has been confirmed through the AIRBNB adjustment tool. (This is for home rentals only)
