Everything has been updated for the way we live today w/ high performance climate control, high speed internet, and a well stocked kitchen featuring upgraded stainless steel appliances.

THE OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
This property captures the true Palm Springs vibe! Sliding glass doors along the back of the property reveal the fabulous pool yard and spectacular mountain views. The resort-style yard is spacious and well-planned with lots of different gathering places. The pool and spa are surrounded by chaise lounges and shade umbrellas, a hammock, and a fire pit lounge. There is also a covered dining pavilion and a BBQ grill - perfect for poolside dining. This property is pure mid mod magic with lots of space for your entire group to spread out, relax and enjoy.

Pool Heating is included in the rental cost, for bookings that are less than 29 nights, from October 15th through April 30th. From May 1st through October 14th, pool heating can be purchased for an additional $50/day.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
All three bedrooms have been beautifully styled like a boutique hotel and feature a hotel-quality mattress & ample storage. The Primary Suite has a King bed, an ensuite bathroom, an adjacent living area - great for remote working and learning - plus convenient access to the backyard. The two Guest Rooms have Queen beds and share easy access to the bathroom in the hallway.

THE LOCATION
Racquet Club Estates is a very popular residential neighborhood that is close to the airport, convention center, and casino. It is a walking neighborhood located less than a mile from the world-famous Palm Canyon Drive with its fantastic restaurants, clubs, art galleries, shopping, cabarets and nightlife! Grocery stores, casual restaurants, coffee places and other neighborhood conveniences are also very close by.
