A lush privacy wall and soaring palms surround the grounds, where chaise lounge chairs line the swimming pool and spill-over hot tub. A tanning shelf lies at one end of the pool and an elaborate fountain feature at the other, reminiscent of an upscale resort. Manicured walking paths wind past a desert garden, cozy fire pit, and groves of citrus trees, including orange, lemon, grapefruit and tangerine. A refreshing outdoor shower, set amidst a palm grove, offers additional privacy.

Spend relaxing days lounging at the pool or fire up the built-in BBQ station for an al fresco meal. An 8-seat dining area, shaded by umbrellas, allows for dinner with a view. As night falls, you’ll enjoy spectacular West-facing sunsets.

Inside, a spacious living area blends minimalist, mid-century modern decor with cozy elements like comfy throw pillows and a plush throw rug, accented by a gas fireplace, for memorable evenings with family and friends. You’ll also have a large-screen SmarTV for movie nights.

Just behind the living area, the stylish kitchen features high-end, stainless steel appliances, Caesar-stone countertops, and three high-top stools at the breakfast bar for easy socializing between the kitchen and living area. From the formal dining room, glass doors open onto the backyard for seamless indoor/outdoor living.

On sun-filled mornings, brew a cappuccino, latte or espresso at the fully automatic machine in the kitchen, and step outside to start your morning with desert air and mountain views.

Two of the home’s four bedrooms also open directly onto the pool and spa area for a private resort atmosphere. All bedrooms feature bright, mid-century modern decor, lots of light, and a private TV.

For your convenience an Electric Vehicle Charger has been added near the covered carport.

Mountain View Modern is an ideal getaway for groups of friends, but the home also welcomes families with children. Spend your vacation luxuriating in the sun from the privacy of your spacious grounds, or stroll to Palm Springs, a 10-minute walk, to enjoy parks, cafes, theaters and more. A private carport makes it easy to bring a car so you can explore the surrounding area. Drive 5 minutes to Palm Springs’ world-class golf courses, casinos, nightlife and dining, or discover the area’s hiking, biking and nature trails. Joshua Tree National Park lies within an hour’s drive.

This home welcomes 2 dogs with an additional, non-refundable pet fee of $150 per dog, plus tax. Please be advised that dogs are not permitted in the pool.
