Located in Vista Las Palmas, this original mid-century home designed by William Krisel and Dan Palmer, AIA for the Alexander Development is updated for living today. There are 4 stylish bedrooms, two of which are primary suites with large plasma TVs. The home also features a telescoping door from the great room to explore the night sky, and a media room with a home theater and surround sound. Guests have access to the modern and quaint kitchen with a ceiling to floor sliding door to outdoor dining. In addition to the indoor highlights, the home also has a secluded, private back yard which offers a saline hot tub and pool with tanning shelf. A covered poolside lanai creates a spacious outdoor lounging and dining area with ceiling fans. Lounge in the spacious backyard around a refreshing pool, spa, and fire pits taking in the spectacular mountain views and modern desert-landscape.

This home welcomes up to 2 dogs, 20lbs or less, for an additional, non-refundable pet fee of $150, per pet, plus tax. Please be advised that dogs are not permitted in the pool.
