Pool Heating is included in the rental cost, for bookings that are less than 29 nights, from October 15th through April 30th. From May 1st through October 14th, pool heating can be purchased for an additional $50/day.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Like an upscale boutique hotel, all four sleeping quarters have been beautifully decorated and feature hospitality-quality mattresses, a flatscreen TV and ample storage. The spacious Primary Suite features a King bed, a sofa and a desk - perfect for remote working & learning - and an ensuite bath with a double sink - plus direct access to the backyard. Guest Suites 1 & 2 also feature King beds and share easy access to a full Guest Bathroom in the hall. Guest Suite 3 is on the other end of the house and also features a King bed, direct access to the yard, and easy access to a Guest Bathroom in the hall.
