Pool Heating is included in the rental cost, for bookings that are less than 29 nights, from October 15th through April 30th. From May 1st through October 14th, pool heating can be purchased for an additional $50/day.

THE SLEEPING QUARTERS
This property has two bedrooms plus an attached casita, all featuring a hotel-quality mattress, ample storage & a flatscreen TV. The master bedroom features a King bed, an ensuite bath with a double sink and double shower, a walk-in closet and direct access to the pool yard. The guest room features a King bed, access to the patio, and easy access to the guest bathroom in the hallway. The attached casita features a King bed, a living area with a sofa that can be converted into a Full bed, a kitchenette, and an ensuite bath - plus direct access to a patio in the back of the house with its own fire pit.

This property is tucked away on a quiet residential street in the exclusive Little Tuscany neighborhood - just minutes from the world-famous Palm Canyon Drive.
