Relax by the pool and enjoy the wonderful mountain views and privacy of this tranquil home. This spacious backyard is furnished with several conversation areas providing ample seating and privacy throughout.
When you are ready for a break from the sun, the home is highlighted by a new shaded patio with 5 ceiling fans that extend along the entire back of this quiet, garden space as well as outdoor speakers for your favorite music. There is plenty of poolside furniture as well as a stainless gas grill. The home's 3rd bath is outdoors - a refreshing outdoor shower plus a powder room convenient to the pool.
Inside, a special feature is the large family room with 50"" big screen TV, DVD, surround sound stereo with iPod ready connection. Two comfortable couches and chaise lounge perfect for enjoying a movie or watching sports. One of the couches is a sleeper sofa which may accommodate additional guests. Enjoy an evening of entertaining at the built-in saloon-style bar in the family room or, on cooler evenings, snuggle up next to the wood burning fireplace.
The master bedroom features a King size bed with ensuite bath, guest room 2 features a Queen bed, and guest bedroom 3 features a Queen bed.
