THE INTERIOR LIVING SPACES
This vacation wonderland has been perfectly planned down to the last detail. Everything is new including the kitchen, baths, pool, spa and outdoor living spaces. The living room, dining area and center island kitchen are all open to each other - providing enough space for your entire group to relax and enjoy. The kitchen is outfitted with a gorgeous turquoise backsplash, modern cabinetry, stainless appliances and double ovens.

The owners really love this home and spend a lot of time here themselves. It is equipped with every convenience including high speed internet and 5 flatscreen televisions. Walls of glass blur the lines between interior and exterior living in true Palm Springs-style.

THE OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
Lush desert landscape and completely walled for privacy, the lovely setting showcases the western Palm Springs mountains. At the center is a sparkling saltwater pool with beach entry and tanning deck, surrounded by chaise lounges and shade umbrellas. Integrated waterfall spa. Two outdoor showers. Three separate fire features provide cozy conversation areas. The outdoor covered living pavilion is over 900 square feet and features overhead fans, dining table and plumbed gas BBQ / cook area.

Pool Heating is included in the rental cost, for bookings that are less than 29 nights, from October 15th through April 30th. From May 1st through October 14th, pool heating can be purchased for an additional $50/day.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
All of the bedrooms feature a comfortable hotel-quality mattress, flatscreen TVs, ample storage and sliding glass doors to the outdoors. There are four King Bedrooms - three are Master Suites. The first Master Suite has beautiful pool and mountain views and the en suite bath features an indoor to outdoor shower. The second Master Suite has courtyard access and mountain views. There is also a King Guest Room in the main house that opens up to the side patio and has easy access to a full bathroom. The Casita Master Suite has a private entrance, pool and mountain views and a kitchenette.

LOCATION
City location that has been softened by mature plantings and completely walled and gated for privacy. Just 2 miles to the World Famous Palm Canyon Drive. Grocery stores, fast casual restaurants, coffee places and other neighborhood conveniences are all very close by.
