    Description
    The Bougainvillea Estate consists of five manicured acres surrounded by a stone wall fence for extra privacy and security. Entrance to this spectacular 10 bedroom (14,000 sf) estate is afforded through a large wrought iron gate opening to a breathtaking 400-foot long driveway lined with 24 Brazilian pepper trees that lead past an enormous lawn and one-acre lake, then passing through a second set of wrought iron gates to an inner courtyard with a 16 foot Mediterranean fountain surrounded by the main house, a four car garage and the first guest house. The property features numerous date palms, citrus trees and fan palms. The front lawn can accommodate up to 250 guests for weddings and corporate events.
