The El Paseo Tennis Retreat is a 6 bedroom, 6.5 bath vacation home in South Palm Desert, blocks from El Paseo with its fabulous shopping and dining. The yard features a private, full size tennis court, pool and spa. The main house has a flexible floor plan with living and dining areas, kitchen, and three bedroom suites. The second guest house has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a full kitchen and living area. It's a one of a kind property, in a prime location. Outdoors, the yard is walled and gated for privacy and has all the amenities you want on vacation. Full size tennis court. Sparkling pool and spa surrounded by lounge chairs and beautiful mountain views. Outdoor table for 12 with cafe lights and a BBQ grill. The Main House has a fully equipped kitchen, and is completely stocked with place settings, cooking utensils, and glassware. The dining room has seating for 6 and the kitchen nook has seating for 4. The media room has comfortable seating and a TV, and the living room has a wet bar and gas fireplace. The Guest House also has a fully equipped kitchen with dining seating for 8 at the kitchen bar, living room bar and table. It has a comfortable living area with seating and a TV. The Main House has three of the Guest Suites. Suite 1 has a King bed, TV, desk and en suite bathroom with dual sinks and a shower. Suite 2 has a King bed, TV, and en suite bathroom with shower. Suite 3 has a Queen bed, TV, and en suite bath with shower. Powder bath and full laundry room. The Guest House has three more bedrooms. Suite 4 has a King bed, TV, desk and en suite bathroom with dual sinks, shower and beautiful soaking tub. Bedroom 5 has a Queen bed, TV, and easy access to a full bathroom with shower. Bedroom 6 has a Queen bed, TV, views out to the tennis court, and easy access to another full bathroom with shower. Sleeping Summary: 3 Kings, 3 Queens, 1 Airbed. Sleeps 14. Other Amenities: Wireless internet. Linens, bath and pool towels plus a starter set of soaps in each bathroom. Fully equipped laundry room in both houses with washer and dryer. Parking for 6 cars. Tucked away in South Palm Desert, this home is just minutes to El Paseo and is in an extremely walkable neighborhood. Theaters, spas, hiking trails, golf courses and tennis are also close by. Our other desert cities are just a short drive. Palm Springs is a few miles West. Or take Highway 111 East to Indian Wells, home of the BNP Paribas Open, the Amex Golf Tournament in La Quinta or the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival in Indio.
