Welcome to Villa Dartall, where you can experience the convenience of ocean access with a 20' boat docking at this stunning property. Ideally located near Miami and Fort Lauderdale, this villa offers easy access to beaches, vibrant nightlife, shopping destinations, restaurants, and malls. The home is fully furnished with brand-new furnishings, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for guests.

The villa features a laundry area with a washer and dryer for added convenience. With accommodation for up to 6, possibly 7 guests, it provides ample space for a relaxing getaway. Parking is available for one car in front of the home, and street parking is also accessible throughout the week, excluding the designated street cleaning period on Mondays from 1-3pm.

Indulge in the luxury of a private villa/townhome for an entire week, complete with stainless steel appliances, contemporary furnishings, and a delightful back patio perfect for relaxation and entertainment. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises, but small pets are welcome at no additional charge. We kindly request guests to be considerate of the neighbors and maintain a noise-free environment, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere for everyone.

For those interested in longer stays, monthly rentals are available with an approximate daily rate of $150. Weekly rentals are also an option, with a daily rate of $250. Alternatively, for those seeking a shorter stay, the daily rate for individual days is $500.
