Refundable Damage Deposit - $3,000.00 will be charged at the time of booking which is refundable. If you damage the home, you may be charged up to $3,000.00

- 100% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

Outside has comfortable sectional, two oversized ottomans, dining table, and four lounger chairs. Waterfront dock for you to enjoy the luxury of having up to a 65’ yacht pick you up from your massive 5 bedroom mansion. Equipped with surround sound speakers through out home and smart tv’s in every bedroom and living room. Each bathroom has been remodeled to with top of the line fixtures and fittings. Our waterfront mansion is one of the best vacation homes in South Florida and is your for your upcoming trip.
