Beautiful spacious waterfront villa on the bay overlooking North, towards Indian Creek. Located in a gated community and the house itself is gated. Upscale open floor plan with modern kitchen that opens towards a dining room with ample seating and a TV room overlooking the turquoise Bay is perfect for entertainment or for large family time enjoyment.

? There is a $200 per day fee to heat the pool and/or hot tub.
? There is a $100 per day fee for each guest staying that exceeds 8 guests.
? Pets welcome for $200 per pet fee.
