- Refundable Damage Deposit - $500.00 will be charged at the time of booking which is refundable. If you damage the home, you may be charged up to $500.00
- Cancellation Policy:
- 100% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

Description
Welcome to Starboard, your very own beach cottage nestled on the Newport Island channel. Multiple French doors open to a wide secluded back patio perfect for indoor and outdoor entertainment. The interior boasts crisp architectural lines and chic decor, establishing a sense of comfort and relaxation in this charming coastal home. Features include a private dock, kayaks, boogie boards, skimboards, a hammock, a fire pit, and a BBQ. Only a short walk to Balboa Island and the Newport Pier!
Nearby Activities: Shop at Fashion Island, Kayak from your home, Balboa Surf 7 Style (Rent Bikes and Paddleboards), Corona Del Mar (Beach), The Market (try the Reuben Sandwich!), Circle Hook (Fish and Chips), Whale Watching, Balboa Fun Zone (Ride the Ferris Wheel).
This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!
Parking details:
1 car can park in the garage garage, do not park any vehicles behind garage. California Vehicle Code prohibits cars from blocking sidewalks. Non-compliance may result in ticket. Guests may park on street from Sep 16-May 27, outside of these dates permit is required by law.
Our home features 4 comfortable bedrooms for a perfect night's sleep.
Each room is outfitted with linens, towels, fluffy pillows and comforters. Linens are available for additional sleeping arrangements (airbed, sofa or trifold mat).
