- Refundable Damage Deposit - $500.00 will be charged at the time of booking which is refundable. If you damage the home, you may be charged up to $500.00
- Cancellation Policy:
- 100% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

Description
Welcome to Bay Breeze. Our bayfront home features a beautiful open-concept living room with sliding doors that lead right out to the harbour dock. Observe boaters on the water as you peer over the glass-panelled upstairs deck. Take a short gander in the ocean air towards Balboa Peninsula, a bustling scene of great shopping and even better food. We have Paddle boards available for you to use and explore the area. The glass shower, large windows and a modern black fireplace in the master bedroom will make you swoon. If you're looking for a luxurious beach getaway, look no further than this coastal gem!
Street parking is available with a provided permit. We will provide 2 parking permits per reservation. The permit MUST be returned back prior to check-out. If we do not receive the permit back, there will be a fee of $150 per pass charged to the guest for replacement of the permit.
This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!
Our home features 4 comfortable bedrooms for a perfect night's sleep.
Each room is outfitted with linens, towels, fluffy pillows and comforters. Linens are available for additional sleeping arrangements (airbed, sofa or trifold mat).
