- 100% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

Just north of the quaint and unassuming town of Hilo, on the Big Island’s breathtaking Hamakua Coast, lies a property unlike any other, an estate they call Waterfalling. The Home itself is a comfortable 10,000 sq ft and features 4 master suites with en suite bathrooms, 1 bunk room with four beds and 1 padded playroom suitable for young children. There are a total of 6 bathrooms with 5 in the main house and 1 by the swimming pool. Each suite offers spectacular 180 degree ocean views, en-suite bathroom and lanai access where the waterfall can be seen.

- Visitors can use owner's “slingshot” race car for duration of visit for $500/day;
- Owner will provide a chauffer and SUV to be on 24 hour call for the duration of the trip for $1,000 per day unlimited mileage (only the chauffer may drive the SUV, must be requested at least a month in advance)
- Mid-stay light cleaning of entire house can be done for $500 upon request (must be requested at least a week in advance)

Additional Information:
There is a caretaker staying on the property in a separate detached guest suite. Guests can anticipate complete privacy while staying at the home.
