Located on the same floor are three en suite bedrooms, all with beautiful views, a seating area, and a private terrace. Outside the living room, the poolside terrace is the perfect place for watching the sunset over dinner. The pool is appr 75 m2 with a maximum depth of almost 3 m, as well as a kids' corner with shallow water.

The underwater pool window looks into the sub-terrain nightclub and bar, casting a magical blue light illuminated by the sun and clear water. On this floor, you will also find a wine cellar, guest toilets, and storage. There are also three more en suite bedrooms. The first floor has a large master suite, divided into two rooms with two bathrooms, and separated by an outdoor plunge pool, allowing stargazing at the fabled Greek night sky. The suite also has an exclusive terrace overlooking the pool and sea. On this floor, there are three more bedrooms, all with their own full bathrooms, one overlooking both the sea and beautiful Mykonian hills, and also with a plunge pool. The two other rooms have an undisturbed view of the sea, separate bathrooms, and amazing terraces allowing privacy. The sub-terrain floor offers two spacious wind-protected garden suites with separate pool and nightclub access. The third suite boasts a mini spa, a beautiful sea view, a private garden, and a generous walk-in closet. The nightclub is perfect for 100 guests dancing the night away while looking through the window, into the pool from under the surface. It can also be turned into a cinema-style media room with a projector or a cool game room for the kids. Enjoy the entertainment of your choice from the cozy sofas in the “VIP room” or from the plunge pool inside the club. Your club, your rules. On this floor, you will also find ample storage, separate guest toilets for men and for women, as well as a professional laundry room, a gym with a sauna with an adjoining shower, and a toilet. At the far end of the property, closest to the beach there are the second pool and the “amphitheater” with an outdoor kitchen. The tasteful landscaping frames the helipad, the amphitheater, and the kitchen, where sun lovers and foodies can be equally content. The second pool is ideal for a midnight swim or for having the children play as loud as they want while parents get some well-deserved rest by the main pool. This pool is shallow.
