The mid floor has 3 separate units, with a total of 4 bedrooms, all with a terrace surrounding the property and the ground floor holds another 5 bedrooms, a common dining area, and direct access to the beach-like pool and garden.
All in all, the Villa is located in a very attractive area, close to the old town and yet in a quiet area close to the sea.
This unique property has the ability to be rented as a single house, which can easily be broken into different family units traveling together, or rented as individuals apartments rented by separate individuals.
