ACCIDENTS, INJURIES OR ILLNESS - The owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs on the premises or outdoors.

They are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests.

TRAVEL INSURANCE - We highly recommend all guests purchase travel insurance.

Lost Key set - A charge of $100 per key set will be deducted from security deposit if keys are lost or misplaced.

MOSQUITO ADVICE - Miami is a tropical-weather city. Therefore, mosquitoes are endemic and part of the enviroment all year around. Mosquitoes love hotels as much as they love private homes. We provide repellent, citronella sticks, sprays... but we can't guarantee a mosquito-free stay. If you are sensitive or alergic, please bring appropriate apparel and/or medication.
