- Refundable Damage Deposit - $5,000.00 will be charged at the time of booking which is refundable. If you damage the home, you may be charged up to $5,000.00
- Cancellation Policy:
- 100% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

The villa’s terrace and interior are seamlessly fused, with ample living areas in the sun or shade. Play under the palms or relax in the Heated Pool. Spark the grill in the afternoon and gather for meals on the veranda. Linger outdoors under the evening sky, dipping into the floodlit pool and sipping drinks. The interior offers a cool counterpart to the sun-kissed terrace, with smooth polished concrete floors, natural wood accents, and superb touches of African decor and contemporary artistry. The single-level home features 6 bedrooms opening to patios or terraces. The master suite with king bed overlooks the pool and includes an ample ensuite bathroom. The bedroom arrangements are perfect for families, business travelers, and groups of friends seeking extra privacy amid the city’s myriad delights. Security Cameras / Noise Monitoring
Please note that each home has anywhere from 3 - 15 security cameras covering the outside areas of the property only. These are to remain on and running at all times, solely to be used for security purposes and to ensure the safety of the property and traveler. Security cameras can be located on all angles of the exterior property, including pool & common areas.
Additionally, we do equip each of our homes with a noise level monitoring device This is to remain active to monitor the decibel/sound levels only, to protect against noise complaints from neighbors. It does not record any conversations, simply noise levels.
Lastly, we have a device connected to each home, that will alert to the number of devices at the home, to combat any large gatherings and/or parties.
Note, all aforementioned data, is not stored, and/or deleted when no longer needed.
