Welcome to Villa Estelle, an exquisite luxury waterfront vacation rental property in Miami Beach. We proudly introduced this stunning property in 2016, adjacent to our already established luxury waterfront home that has received numerous five-star reviews since 2010. Our aim is to provide guests with an exceptional vacation experience by offering the option of one or two side-by-side homes, creating a unique villa-style getaway.

This newly constructed home boasts approximately 7000 sq.ft. of custom design and craftsmanship, featuring a wide range of premium quality features, amenities, and appliances. The main home comprises six bedrooms (with an additional convertible bed option), six bathrooms, and can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests. Four of the generously sized bedrooms can accommodate hotel-style roll-away convertible beds. Additionally, there is an optional in-law apartment on the ground floor that can be quoted separately if extra space is required for your stay.

The bedroom configuration in the main home includes three bedrooms with king-sized beds, two bedrooms with queen beds, and one bedroom with two queen beds. In total, the main home can accommodate up to 18 guests, including the roll-away beds. The self-contained in-law apartment suite offers two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and can comfortably accommodate 6-8 guests in beds, with privacy between all rooms.

Our commitment to exceptional hospitality extends to providing all guests with linens, pillows, towels, and necessary toiletries. For your convenience, we also offer complimentary coffee, sugar, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and spices during your stay.

Prepare to be mesmerized by the luxurious ambiance of Villa Estelle, featuring three levels with minimum ceiling heights of over 9 feet, including a grand dining room at the center of the house. The dining room showcases a custom Teak Root Round Table and offers breathtaking views of the intercoastal waterway, the Miami Beach Skyline, and stunning sunrises and sunsets, as the back of the home faces due south.

The top floor boasts two master bedrooms of equal size, each furnished with a king-sized bed, large 55" televisions, walk-in closets, and lavish private ensuites. The ensuites feature newly imported copper and nickel soaking tubs with integrated air bath systems, spacious showers with rainforest shower heads, and televisions for private viewing. An integrated audio/video system allows you to relax and enjoy a spa-like experience. Both master bedrooms also have private balconies with magnificent views.

The main floor of the home showcases a chef's masterpiece kitchen, complete with top-of-the-line appliances including a 48" Sub Zero Fridge, Sub Zero Wine Fridge, Sub Zero Beverage Fridge, Meile Microwave, Meile Espresso Coffee Machine, and a gourmet 36" Wolf gas Range. The kitchen opens to an oversized wrap-around balcony overlooking the intercoastal waterway, a heated saltwater pool, and an integrated hot tub.

The main floor also features a large dining room with floor-to-ceiling glass walls, offering stunning views and sliding door access to the balcony. Adjacent to the dining room is the living and family room, furnished with comfortable leather seating and a 75" extra-large LED television.

The ground floor of the home provides an exceptional outdoor living experience, with a built-in outdoor bar, beverage fridges, ice chests, games area, outdoor kitchen with barbecue, wood-burning pizza oven, wet bar, and other luxury amenities. From the ground floor, you can access the custom heated saltwater pool, featuring a built-in custom jetted hot tub and an extended shallow area for lounging. Enjoy ample space for sunbathing and relaxing in the sun, with provided sun beds for your comfort.

This remarkable estate is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, making
