- 50% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

In the heart of Miami, brand new home, 2 story house, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, bath tub, and a private heated (93F)pool.Bedrooms above are stylish with great king size’s beds , master and second with private balconies ,overlooking swimming pool and front .
Location is great, next Coral way s shopping, and dinning, Brickell area its only minutes away.
15 minutes to the airport.
10 to 15 minutes to S. Beach, and Key Biscayne.
Other things to note
VERY IMPORTANT
Due to Covid regulations of Miami Dade County it is necessary that any person staying in the apt or house has to be registered so is mandatory that minimum 24 hours prior to the arrival the guest send screen shots of the ID's of each person staying in the property. In the case of apts.on the building this is required for preregistration and the registration will be done at arrival in the front desk.
Due to Covid regulations the maximum number of guests allowed in apts or houses is double the number of bedrooms so in the case of apts of one bedroom the maximum number of guests allowed is 2, in the case of two bedrooms is 4 etc etc

House rules for Paradise 1,2 and 3
Hi , 4 very important rules to be aware of, before booking Paradise 1, 2 or 3.
1.-Not third party booking is allowed, no other person but the one on the profile is to check in, ID will be required.
2.-No parties or events allowed.
3.-Absolutely No Smoking inside the house!
4.- Due to Special Covid 19 regulations is absolutely forbidden meetings or parties in our houses , this regulation imposed by Miami Dade County is enforced by a permanent police patrolling the area so it is very important keep sound and noise at minimum not disturbing the neighbors to avoid serious problems with the authorities . Before 9:30 pm noise and sound has to be kept low but after 10 pm noise and sound is forbidden in the pool area and outside in the front of the house .
